be a body is a devised theatre collective formed in 2025 by Christian Pierce Kahl, Kat Bertagnoli, and liv mo. working across devised theatre, movement, music, design, and experimental performance, be a body creates original work exploring science, sexuality, spirituality, feminism, technology, environmentalism, and systems of power. previous projects include night shift, RETROGRADE, and Echoes of Justice, a documentary-devised work examining censorship and the erasure of queer voices and histories. the group continues developing interdisciplinary work rooted in collaboration, experimentation, and curiosity.
